Business Manager 4Home Pros for Claude and ChatGPT

Business Manager 4Home Pros is an app for lawn care, pool, cleaning and other route-based home service businesses. This connector lets the owner ask an AI assistant about the business and update it by chat.

Connect Claude

Add to Claude

Press Add to Claude. Claude opens with Business Manager filled in. (Or go to Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, name it "Business Manager" and paste the URL above.)
Press Add, then Connect.
Sign in with the account you use in the Business Manager app and press Allow.
Start a new chat and ask: "Give me my business summary."

Once it is added on claude.ai, it also works in the Claude phone and desktop apps.

Connect ChatGPT

On chatgpt.com, open Settings → Apps & Connectors (the menu name can change: look for "Connectors" or "Apps").
Under Advanced settings, turn on Developer mode, then press Create.
Name: Business Manager. URL: the connector URL above. Authentication: OAuth. Leave Client ID and Client Secret empty.
Sign in with your Business Manager account and press Allow.

Other AI apps

Any app that supports remote MCP servers works: add the connector URL and sign in when it asks. Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http business-manager https://app.4home-pros.com/mcp, then /mcp to sign in. Developer tools that can't sign in use an API key, which the owner creates in the Business Manager app: Profile → Connect an AI assistant → Advanced.

What it can and can't do

It sees only the signed-in owner's own business.
When you connect, you choose view only, or view and make changes.
It never texts or emails customers, publishes invoices or moves money. It drafts messages for you to send.
Deleting always needs your OK. Turn the connection off any time in the app: Profile → Connect an AI assistant.
